In the framework of the 1st Call for proposals launched by Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme, assessors are seeked to perform the quality assessment (strategic and operational) and state aid compliance assessment of the submitted applications.
It is planned to form a team of at least 6 external assessors and 2 state aid experts.
