Successful event on Greece’s Position in European Territorial Cooperation – 89th TIF

The event entitled “Greece’s Position in European Territorial Cooperation: Achievements and Prospects” organized by the General Secretariat of the Partnership Agreement (ESPA) and the MA Interreg 2021-2027, on September 7 at Pavilion 15 of the 89th TIF, was successfully completed.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to learn about the experiences of beneficiaries of Interreg projects, to discover the stories that led to their success, and to be inspired by good practices for future planningin within the framework of the 2028-2034 programming period.

The event was opened by the Secretary General of the Partnership Agreement, Ms. Vasiliki Pantelopoulou, who referred to the areas that were given impetus through the European Territorial Cooperation programs, both in Greece and in the cooperating countries, Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Italy. Specifically, the sectors include:

  • Health & social cohesion
  • Environment & climate resilience
  • Tourism & culture
  • Innovation & entrepreneurship
  • Infrastructure & connectivity
