You are invited to participate in the public event organised within “BorPres2” of the Interreg IPA Greece-North Macedonia 2021-2027 Programme, on Thursday, 5 June 2025 in Laimos – Municipality of Prespes at the City Hall (Greece).

“BorPres2” is an Operation of Strategic Importance, co-funded by the EU with a total budget of €7.727.272, aiming to enhance cross-border connectivity and stimulate economic development in the Prespa region through the establishment of a new border crossing at Laimos (Greece) / Markova Noga (North Macedonia).

In addition to infrastructure, the operation promotes eco-tourism through the creation of a cross-border hiking trail connecting Agios Germanos (Greece) and Brajčino (North Macedonia).

The relevant partnership includes the Region of Western Macedonia, the Hellenic Ministry of Interior (Macedonia-Thrace sector), the Ministry of Interior of North Macedonia, and the Municipalities of Resen and Prespes.
