The final results of the 4th Call for Proposals of “Interreg Euro-MED 2021-2027” for the thematic projects were validated, during the 12th Monitoring Committee Meeting of the Programme, which was held at Marseille on March 06, 2025.

Specifically, out of the 167 eligible project proposals, 23 projects were approved, with a total budget of €46,35 million, increasing the overall budget of the call by 2,1 million. A list of the overall assessment results of the 4th Call is available HERE.

Greece’s Participation

In this context, 31 beneficiaries (partners) located in Greece have successfully engaged in a total of 22 selected projects, with an overall budget of €6,750,299 for Greek Beneficiaries (80% Interreg funds and 20% national contribution). Notably, three entities, CERTH, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and University of Thessaly have taken on the role of Lead partners, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration.
