The Managing Authority (MA) “Interreg 2021-2027”, represented by Ms. M. Nezeriti, Head of the MA, in the context of its participation in the 88th TIF (Thessaloniki International Fair), TIF’s builiding 15 for the Ministry of Economy and Finance, had the pleasure of welcoming, on the inauguration day, the Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. K. Hatzidakis, as well as the Deputy Minister, Mr. N. Papathanasis.

It is worth mentioning that a public consultation takes place at the 88th TIF that focuses on future cooperation for the Interreg Programmes after 2027, with significant citizen participation.

The consultation includes the cross-border Interreg Programmes Greece-Albania, Greece-Bulgaria, Greece-Cyprus, Greece-Italy and Greece-North Macedonia, which are co-financed by the European Union and managed by the MA “Interreg 2021-2027” (Hellenic Ministry of Economy and Finance).

The results of the consultation through the survey: Interreg Post 2027 will be submitted to the European Commission. It is a bottom-up process, focused on the citizens of Europe, in which volunteers of the “Interreg Volunteer Youth (IVY)” organization also participate, and which runs until 15 October 2024.
