In accordance with the applicable European and Hellenic regulatory framework governing the protection of the Union’s financial interests (Regulation [EU, Euratom] No 883/2013), the Hellenic “National Transparency Authority” (NTA/AFCOS) is the competent authority responsible for receiving, handling and investigating complaints and reports of irregularities, fraud and corruption.
